The other night, I saw Don’t Start a Company, Kid, a blog post by one of the founders of Big Nerd Ranch.
It’s one of the most depressing things you could possibly read if you’re thinking of starting a company. The title pretty much sums it up.
Coincidentally, I also stumbled upon Rework, a book by 37 Signals’ Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson (largely) about starting a business.
I find it hard to understand how the authors of both of these pieces were written by people inhabiting the same universe as one another...
